Kirby Family Farm Vendors are exposed to thousands of guest at one of the most popular destinations in Florida, plus you are helping a great cause too! Our Fundraising events were established to help further the development of our organization, a 501c3 museum and education center, and its programs for at-risk, foster, medically needy, and special needs children.
Our first priority is to pursue our mission of educating children about History, Nature, and most of all, Life.
Vendor space is available at most of our upcoming fundraising events. Whether its Crafts or gifts, Homemade goodies, Non-profits, a product, service, or cause you want to introduce, this is a great opportunity to reach thousands of folks!
Who can be a Vendor?
You! We are inviting individuals, small businesses, clubs, students, artists, crafters, hobbyists, and others to apply for a booth. Non-profits and groups supporting children focused programs are welcome and encouraged to apply. You must submit application and be registered in advance. There are no signups on the day of the event.

Weird Beard Festival:
Application for non-food vendors is open. We ask for a contribution of at least $50.00 for this one day event. For the Vendor Application click on the Application link at the top of this page.
This event is a one day, Saturday, May 15, 2021 event. Hours are 10:00am-4:00pm. Vendors need to be setup by 9:30am.
Weird Beard Festival is full of fun and silliness. From the Weird Beard competitions, live Bluegrass music, Amusement rides, Historic train rides, petting zoo, award winning BBQ, and more! The Scary Train:
Application for non-food vendors is open. We ask for a contribution of at least $50.00 for an individual night. If you are interested in multiple nights, or a full commitment, please email us at email@example.com For the Vendor Application email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please enter ScaryTrain Vendor in the subject line.
This event is in the evenings beginning on October 1, 2021 and continues October 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 28, 29, and 30, 2021. Hours are 7:00pm-10pm. Vendors must be set up by 6:30pm.
The ScaryTrain is a frightening experience geared for preteens, teenagers, and adults. With 6 different Scary attractions including a Scary train ride, Clown Woods, Trailer Park, The Dark Ride, The BloomTown Beast, and a whole new experience for 2021, it's a safe bet that folks will hang around and enjoy the event for most of the evening. The Christmas Train:

Kirby Family Farm is the Number #1 Christmas Train in Florida! This event begins Thanksgiving weekend and is active special nights throughout December. Many families make the Christmas Train part of their holiday traditions. Many guests are looking for that unique or last minute gift. Maybe you have it! Six Gun Territory's Wild West Weekend & Reunion:
Application for all vendors is open. We ask for a contribution of at least $100.00 for non-food vendors, and $200 for food vendors for each weekend event. For the Vendor Application click on the Application link at the top of this page.
This event is the weekends of:
November 6 and 7, 2021. Hours are 10:00am-4:00pm.
February 5 and 6, 2022. Hours are 10:00am-4:00pm.
April, 2022 dates to be released soon. Hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm.
The Six Gun Territory Wild West Weekend & Reunion is an event attracting thousands of guests from all over Florida, the Southeast, and other areas.
